We will reach out to you via email or phone to obtain your details, Additionally, we will send you an email questionnaire to understand your project vision and background, ensuring our first meeting is productive and covers all aspects.

Site Visit
Step 2
Site Visit:Our project manager/director will schedule a meeting with you on-site to discuss your project in detail. We will review the questionnaire, ask specific questions, and document your needs and requirements. Feel free to bring any ideas, sketches, or plans to help us understand your vision better.

Pricing Process

Pricing Process:Once the plans are submitted to the council or scope of works determined, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate/quote for your project. We use our building management system, Buildxact, to ensure accurate pricing where we can incorporate not only our pricing but our sub-trades as well. We keep you informed throughout this process to maintain transparency.

Quote Presentation
Step 4
Quote Presentation:After finalising the estimate/quote, we will arrange a face-to-face meeting to present the detailed quote. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure all budget concerns are addressed. We aim to provide clarity and transparency in all our dealings.

Acceptance, Sign Contract, Program & Start Date
Step 5
Acceptance, Sign Contract, Program & Start Date:Upon accepting the quote and once all relevant parties have been engaged and availability confirmed, we will formalise the contract, apply for the halo-10 year guarantee, and present you with a detailed timeline and program. We will agree on a start date and ensure all pre-construction requirements are met before commencing work.

Meet the Team and Communication

Meet the Team and Communication:You will meet our Project Manager, and the team of builders assigned to your project. We will provide you with access to our project management software for real-time updates and communication. Our goal is to keep you informed and involved throughout the build process.

Construction Process

Construction Process:Congratulations, we begin building your dream home or renovation. You will receive daily logs, weekly site reports, and be invited to regular site meetings with our team. We follow a quality control checklist to ensure the project runs smoothly and any variations are promptly addressed.

Completion and Handover
Step 8
Completion and Handover:Once construction is complete, we engage professional cleaners to prepare your home for handover. We will assist with council compliance requirements and ensure a seamless transition for you to move in. We remain available for any post-construction support or maintenance needs.
